all kids can use more adults in their lives, and I’m happy to be one in yours

my services

individual therapy

A space that feels like theirs can help your child or teen get the most out of therapy. My office includes art supplies, nature, games, and sensory items to help them feel more at home so they can settle in for a therapy hour in whatever way feels right for them.

Prefer to meet from the comfort of their own room? No worries—I’ve got them covered with secure virtual therapy.  Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly and last for 50 minutes.

expressive arts therapy

Including creative practices in therapy builds on something your kid already loves. Using a bottom-up somatic approach focuses on how they feel versus what they make, and art activities are designed to support a regulated nervous system. Most kids use these naturally and I am here to hone in and guide them toward their own intuition for self soothing.

(this is also an option virtually)

caregiver support and coaching

Childhood and adolescence can be hard for both young people and caregivers. Although you are the expert on your child’s needs and temperament, you don’t have to know everything. I am here to help. Caregiver involvement is tailored to each family’s unique needs and can evolve and adapt to meet whatever life brings up.

quiet kids club (coming soon)

Not a therapy group, just a soothing, low stimulation space for your child to engage in parallel play and gently guided social interactions with a small group of peers (waitlist open)
